Information we collect

Information you choose to give us. This website has no contact forms and no accounts. If you call, text or email us, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about the treatment you are interested in.

Appointment information. Appointments are booked through Booksy, a third-party scheduling service shown on our booking page. The information you enter there, such as your name, contact details and the service and time you choose, is collected by Booksy under its own terms and privacy policy and is shared with us so we can provide your appointment.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our analytics tools record standard technical information: the pages you view, the buttons you select (for example “Book now” or our phone number), the site that referred you, your approximate location based on IP address, and your browser and device type. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

What we do not collect here. We do not ask for payment card details or health information through this website. Information about your skin, hair, medical history or treatment is discussed with you directly at the studio, not collected by this site.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to your questions, schedule and provide your appointments, send appointment confirmations and reminders through Booksy, understand how the website is used so we can improve it, measure the results of our marketing, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and receive the technical information described above. Google’s use of this information is described in its privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without these cookies.

If we add or change advertising or measurement tools, we will update this policy to name them.

Services built into this site

The booking calendar is provided by Booksy and loads only on our booking page after you choose a treatment. A Google Map loads only if you select “Show map.” When either one loads, that provider receives standard technical information such as your IP address, and may set its own cookies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio and this website, such as Booksy for scheduling, Google for analytics, and our website hosting provider; when the law requires it; or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, our staff and our business. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, client information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and appointment records for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records and legal obligations. Analytics information is kept in aggregated form according to our analytics provider’s retention settings.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to client information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details above. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first. Some information may need to be kept where the law requires. To manage the account and information you created with Booksy, use your Booksy account settings or contact Booksy directly.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to services we do not control, including Booksy, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply to information you provide to them.
